This "Samurai Shodown NeoGeo Collection" was officially released by SNK for many platforms but not for Dreamcast, now it is available through AES4all.

Release date: June 18, 2020 (Not for Dreamcast )
Genre: Fighting game
Game mode: Single player, 2 players
Platform(s): PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, Microsoft Windows, Now for Sega Dreamcast

It is an AES Beta-4 port attempt with menu that Includes:
-All 7 Samurai Shodowns: Samurai Shodown I,II,III, IV, V, V Special and the new SNK unreleased Samurai Shodown Perfect
-Dreamcast Covers (Official SNK look alike)
-Inside cover
-Dreamshell cover
-Promotional flyers (Official SNK look alike)
