Is there any aplication or tools with which I'm able to modify or hack 1st_read.bin which have been extracted from gdi file?
And is there any way to import modified(hacked) 1st_read.bin file to gdi fie?

i have never used the software but i think there is an app called gdi builder.
here:
https://projects.sappharad.com/tools/gdibuilder.html
for the 1st_read you can use a hex editor.

You can extract the 1ST_READ.BIN with gdi explorer and if the size don't change you can hack the track03.bin with a hex editor.
Else repack the gdi with gdi builder.

Thank all guys who reply my thread! Now it seems that I have all of information which I need to modify and fiddle with dreamcast GDI image and saturn CD image file.I'll try to begin with easy one of padding dummy file into saturn game in order to reduce loading time and hacking 1st_read.bin of dreamcast game which doesn't work or has troublesome problems in dreamshell or retrodream of dreamcast game loader.

If the file size not change and the disc image does not contains subchannel data (ie 2048 bytes/sector) the file can be hex edited directly inside the image.
I was working on a alternative to gdi explorer as it does not work with shrinked gdi files. Was planning to also make way to hexedit files inside the image without having to extract/recreate. Project is stopped. Need to get back to it.
