According to megavolt there's no chance by him at all due to the way Naomi stores things memory, even if you feel the game might not use all the ram the ranges it stores things don't exist on the dc. It would require a ton of work in which he doesn't volunteer for. He's mentioned this multiple times, Naomi ports are a no.

It's playable in Flycast in Retroarch if you just want to play it (and probably NullDC and Demul too but I haven't tried.)
