Quake 3 Arena has a true singleplayer mod on PC

So I was curious about something and got to wondering. I Googled "Quake 3 Arena singleplayer mods" and came across this project.
https://qexpo2016.com/entityplus-a-sing ... iii-arena/
I am wondering if anybody knows if this can be used with the Dreamcast version to make it a true singleplayer modable game. It seems they added entities and stuff akin to how normal story based singleplayer games are done. If so, we could move away from just having singleplayer bot matches which is all they really are. I am thinking we may be able to do some really amazing things with this game.
Here is the GitHub for this project.

I am interested in seeing what people think about this. Could we actually have some really good singleplayer mods created with this? What about maps form Return to Castle Wolfenstein? I am wondering how far we can take this idea?
I mean just look at this shit, how cool is that!?
And I know Quake 3 Arena is not a Windows CE title, but PC maps have been ported to the DC version before in the past as well as custom player models. So this doesn't seem too out of the realm of possibility here.
