Four Sega Dreamcast online games still in W.I.P?

Are these four Sega Dreamcast online games on Dreamcast Live (including Outrigger) still at Work in Progress? It’s has been almost two years since these Dreamcast games was in W.I.P and COVID-19 hit us hard in 2020.
Here are 3 out of 4 Dreamcast games that are still in Work in Progress…

Games in that section are just ones that have had progress made on them at one point or another. Only one of them is actively being worked on by Shuouma at the moment and that's Bomberman Online.
