Dreamkey 3.0?

All the videos I have seen online about the dreampi have referred to using the dreamkey 3.0 to fix your internet settings, do I need the dreamkey 3.0 disc or can I use any dreamkey disc as dreamkey 3.0 disc online are like £15-20, also i have a PAL Dreamcast so can my quake 3 get my Dreamcast online or is this just the US version of the game that can do this? Is there any PAL games that get your system online or will I just have to buy Dreamkey 3.0

You can always download a Dreamkey 3.0 disc image and burn a copy to use instead of paying the money out. Either way you go, Dreamkey is 100% a better browser than PlanetWeb so you can't lose.
