does anyone in this forum have any recommendations on dial up isps that are compatible with the dreamcast

Your best bet it's too be your own ISP with Dreampi. Need the equipment linked above. Even with a real dial-up ISP some currently online games will be incompatible. If you can't specify your own DNS server, then almost all won't work.

I no longer need help i used a encode/encrypt expliot and everthing is working fine
