So...... I got arrested on Friday.

I guess you can say I haven't had a good couple of days. Today I was an hour late to work because my piece of shit alarm clock didn't go off for some reason. I had to spend $80 dollars to re-subscribe to this travel plan I'm apart of and I got arrested on Friday night in Penn Station.
I guess I should start from the top.
After getting home from work on Friday I was talking to one of my friends on AIM and he invited me to go out with him to the city. So I accepted, took the train in with him and his friend, and got to the city by around 9:30pm.
We then took a Cab over to The Continental and partook in their 5 Shots for $10 special while also drinking so Hard Cider Beer.
It was great. We were unwinding it was a wonderful time. Later on we went to the Japanese Restaurant hole in the wall called "Taisho's" were we drank Sake and beer like crazy.
Side Story: Half way through our meal the Japanese people behind us accidentally took my jacket and I thought the guy was trying to rob me so I snatched my jacket out of his hand and called him a "Fuck-o". Don't ask me why I chose the word "Fuck-o". All I new was that when I looked up, my jacket was gone and some Jap's had their hands on it. My friend's said it was funny but I was kind of embarrassed afterwards because the whole place looked at us.
After finishing our meal at Taisho's we walked all the way over to this other bar down a few blocks. The place was packed, hung out for a few drinks, a few minutes later hung out at this German Bar where it was less packed.
Ok, now we are up to the part where my friends and I get arrested.
We then took the train back to Penn Station and we had like 20 minutes until our train came in so I was starving at this point from all the alcohol so I said "Let's go to Taco Bellâ€! So we go in order some food and sit down. There is a drunk girl talking gibberish about something to the right of us. I didn't really notice or care considering I was too busy eating my burrito. All of a sudden my friend starts mocking the girl and a verbal clash starts. I didn't think anything of it at the time other then how funny it was. My friend was calling her fat and stuff and she was firing back with some other stuff while throwing stuff at him. The cops then came in the place and literally threw us all out. As we were walking away from this craziness the girl busts out of Taco bell still cursing at my friend. My friend (the idiot) starts walking away all the while making fun of her. All of a sudden (my back was turned so I didn't see it ) but the girl RUNS up to my friend in front of 3 cops and punches him right in the face. The cops then handcuff her, my friend, the guy that was with us, and me.
As I was in the holding cell chained to a bench the officer wanted me to sign some stuff and I told him in the nicest words possible to "Get Bent". The officers in the precinct then started calling me "Mr. LA Law" because I new my rights. Even though I was half drunk and I mistaken the 4th Amendment for the 5th Amendment but who cares these cops didn't even know the bill of rights existed in the first place. They gave me a "Disorderly Conduct / Unreasonable Noise" summons and now I have to appear in front of the judge on November 19th in Manhattan.
It sucks but at least in November I get to miss a day of work to "Fight the man"
