Hi there,

I would like to know how I can get online in Phantasy Star Online V2 launching it from a Serial SD adapter via Dreamcast Broadband adapter. Is it possible at all or do I still have to use the GD-ROM drive to launch PSO?

Thank you for your advice in advance!

Hello!!!
In Dreamshell with SD card PSO works. Is important to use de modified ISO that fixes some bugs and connects to the correct server (Silverant).

You will need to put that config on the Dreamshell setup of that game, minute 1:00 of this video:

Sorry if the video sucks, was a fast test and I'm not a YouTuber Hahhaha, sorry.

The next step is to config your BBA setup. This web is your bibble for you BBA adapter :-).

Good luck and welcome!!! :-)

Be aware that there are some issues with playing from DreamShell. Namely you won't be able to revive, heal, or buff other players. You may also run into additional issues due to the slow transfer rate of the serial port.

The music will constantly glitch and skip because the serial port is too slow to play it, as one example.
