I came here from your post in:
https://www.dreamcast-talk.com/forum/vi ... =3&t=14861
I'm assuming you did everything in the following tutorial:
http://blog.kazade.co.uk/p/dreampi.html
If you have, go ahead and continue>
Forgive me here if I'm misunderstanding. I see that your dreampi was assigned an IP address, is it showing up on your network?
If it is, try (if you haven't) reimaging the Dreampi.
I had an issue very similar to what you're experiencing. And reimaging the pi fixed it.
If that doesn't fix it, maybe test to make sure the modem on your Dreamcast is working working properly.
you can use one of the DC Checker tools found on Hiddenpalace. I have the search page linked below:
https://hiddenpalace.org/w/index.php?se ... arch&go=Go
Let us know how it goes

Dc checker gives the below errors then hangs on line REQ_STAT
Is this linked with the modem?

WHY WAS I NOT NOTIFIED OF THESE? GRR!!!!
So there's obviously a hardware error. However, googling the errors did me no good. I'm reaching out to one of the more knowledgeable members, and awaiting their reply. Sorry it took so long to get back to ya. I went ahead, and subscribed to this topic so I am notified. Again, I apologize.
I also went ahead, and posted this in the discord server to see if anyone there can help.

the error that occurs in this tool has nothing to do with Internet access
your problem lies either in the incorrect setting of the Internet on the dreamcast, or in the poorly soldered LINE connector in the dreamcast modem

Hello. Hoping not to be against forum rules I post my issue also here as it has been +7 days posted within support area without any response:
viewtopic.php?f=42&t=14843
I'm not able to connect my dreamcast, on the internet, trough dreampi altough the modem seems to be recognised properly.
Line inducer also seems to be working fine and giving 18 volts at the line plug terminal going to my dreamcast (see picture). The modem is a Lenovo RD02-D400 USB 56K.
Also see some other pictures of my config.
This is what I get from sudo ./dreampi.py --no-daemon
AFO routing enabled
Starting dcvoip process - Thanks Jonas Karlsson!

I'm not sure if this is what you were needing. But I figured I'd post it here.
