I try try try and try to get on PSO I`m using the SCTHACK server edition and ever freaking time it tells me that it cant connect Im in NTSC and I can get online to browse the web or play any other game but PSO I ve figured out the problem though its because I havent setup a connection for PAL games since I used the planetweb to make a connection then I can only connect to NTSC games so how would I set up a PAL connection? or is there a way to connect with the PSO NTSC verison since I do have the codebreaker

wow dude please use punctuation in the future.
to answer your question, yes you can use the US NTSC version to connect,
BUT ONLY VERSION 1! if you want to play version 2 then you must use the PAL version 2. if your console is set up to connect with the US version it should work on the PAL version as well. how ever you will need to have the PAL v2 codebreaker codes. i hope i answered your questions. if not ill try to go into more detail on it all tomorrow.

a week ago yes, today no! the ship IP has been changed so a new auto connect disc needs to be made. your best option would be to use one of the following versions US v1, PAL v1 or v2 and codebreaker. you should probably wait a few days before trying anything more with PSO here at DC-Talk. it may take some time to get things sorted out.

i said to use punctuation. here is the definition from merriam-webster's 11th edition collegiate dictionary.
Punctuation
the act or practice of inserting standardized marks or signs in written matter to clarify the meaning and separate structural units; also : a system of punctuation the act or practice of inserting standardized marks or signs in written matter to clarify the meaning and separate structural units; also : a system of punctuation.
in short i mean to use periods so that you won't have one long run on sentence. this would make it easier for us to read and it would be much appreciated.

you won't need to get all proper, just use periods. that way your paragraphs will be easier to understand.

You have 4 options. 1) buy the US NTSC/U copy of PSO v1. 2) Import a PAL copy of v1. 3) import a PAL copy of v2. and last but not least you can download a auto connect disc from Dc-Talk. if you use any of the real GD-Roms, either a PAL or NTSC copy you will need to use codebreaker/Xploder to connect. FYI Xploder is just the name of codebreaker in the UK. anyway you will also need the new codebreaker save to connect. this save file has all 3 of the saves for the GD-Roms, PAL v1&2 and the US v1.
it's totally up to you what option you choose. if you want to play v2 or if you already own the US version 2 and want to continue using that character, then you need either the DC-talk auto connect, or you have to import a PAL v2 GD-Rom.
here's all the information you need to connect to any of the options i listed above.

yes. if you already have a character from the US PSO v2 you can use it with the auto connect disc too. the auto connect disc is the easiest way to get online with PSO here.
