Why is the CDI not 7z'd? It looks like it has a large padding file.

Yes, it has a large dummy file. Honestly it just slipped my mind. I don’t want to break the link or double-upload, so perhaps somebody else can host a zipped version.

Could you upload a CDI version without the padding file? I like to use this kind of format on emulators.
