Dreamshell error

I've been trying to use a white dreamshell stick from amazon and I can never get it to work. Ive tried readinga nd watching videos on how to make it work but it never does. It always gives me an error about not reading the sd card or fatfs error. Stuff like that. Can someone help me fix my dreamshell.
