I assure you it's been better for a few days
It was hard the first 2 days when I was tired to the point of going to bed at 9 p.m. lol (it hadn't happened to me for years to go to bed that early lol).
It remains as a symptom the sore throat and the fact that I am almost voiceless.
In any case, it's a nice gift that my 2 children brought back from the ski camp lol
They passed it on to my wife, my youngest son and me.

Sorry to hear that, Ian. That's a common symptom of Long Covid.
