Well I dug out my old PS1 turns out the laser won't read burned games at all it even has problems with original games so I decided to replace the laser are any of those chinese knock offs any good ? I don't really play it much I just use the tonyhax exploit usually I play my dreamcast theres only a few games on PS1 I like so will it be ok for what I want it for ? thanks

Yeah I turned the pot it still don't read right I hear grinding noises and it don't want to boot a backup at all but loads crash bandicoot 3 original game but it skips alot of FMV stutter

Clean the lens turn it on it's side lol what we did when they was like this lol

When I turned it on its side when it told me to swap CD's it then loaded Castlevania I then played the beginning sequence then tried Duke Nukem it did load duke nukem I tried again with MediEvil it did work for medievil
