If you speedrun you'll definitely miss one of the cutscenes- so I'd recommend you avoid speedruns for now.

No, you can however do a quick backdash when your health is on 'FINE'. Additionally, if your weapon runs out but there's still ammo in your inventory, you automatically reload once you try to fire that weapon.

Is it possible to add the quick turn, and being able to reload on the fly is really useful in going fast. I would be willing to pay for these features to be added.
