Yukawa Motosenmu no Otakara Sagashi (Yukawa's Treasure Hunt) has been translated into English.

We can thank SnowyAria, EsperKnight and Mr. Nobody for this translation. Rom was patched using Universal Dreamcast Patcher from Derek Pascarella.

Translators released two patches for this game. One that just translated the text and another that added a vmu save for 999 credits for digs. I used the 999 save version for this release. If someone wants the vanilla translation then let me know.

This version of the game comes with VMU game containing
a high score of 999, allowing you to copy the VMU game to your own card, then start digging with 999 extra digs! Need a refill of points? Just redownload the VMU game and get back out there! Yukawa's not sleeping in his bed if you don't find his keys!

The original Tosec rom did not have pvr file inside so I added cd pvr to it for gdemu users. This GDI is unoptimized with bin files. CDI has dummy file inserted to save your gd-rom laser.

Thanks for the translation and the cdi format. I burned it and played it. However, I couldn't download the vmu game. It was written to the screen "Uh, Oh, there was an error writing to the vmu. Please give it another go." It means that I can't have 999 extra digs.

What should I do in order to download the vmu game?

Apologies for not answering sooner. I totally missed the question!

Ok I've now put batteries in my vmu and put the cdi on my gdemu to test this out. And I had no problems loading the minigame onto my vmu.
The minigame requires 33 blocks so make sure you have free space on you vmu. Also it will ask if your vmu is in top slot of first player controller. I'll post some pics in my next post so you can see what I'm saying.

It's weird because I have more than 33 blocks of free space in my vmu, i tried to insert my vmu on top or bottom slot but it didn't work.

I have this screen when i try to download the vmu game :

I have also the original game in japanese and it doesn't work too...

You might have a problem with your vmu or hardware. Especially if you have the original game and still cannot transfer the minigame. Try a different vmu if you have one.

Try using VMU Tool to defrag the VMU.

I defrag the vmu and desactivate new free blocks and... the download works!
