Does the Mad Katz Keyboard adapter...also have mouse support?

I'm talking about the Mad Catz Sega Dreamcast PS2 / AT PC Keyboard Adapter
It has a PS/2 Plug in it, would a mouse technically work on it as well? I'm thinking of buying one just to use a laser mouse for the Dreamcast.
