I just got a oem of pso, but did not get the case with the key on the back to run it. Am I screwed?

Go to the link below. From there, you'll need nothing but a blank CD, a burning program (Disc Juggler) and your Dreamcast. It's that simple.

If you mean the serial number and access key here are some:

PSO V2 NTSC
Serial Number: 4E62F237
Access Key: oWur4WJg

PSOV2 PAL
Serial Number: E4367CA4
Access Key: 5YWXZG3D
