Working on 7 diff themes 2 are 90% done fully usable I'm just not content with them I'm being picky lol

Remove the SD card and the dreamcast will act as though there is no disc.

Are you using a BlueRetro + OpenMenu? I noticed this bug as well, updating the firmware on the BlueRetro fixed it for me.
