https://segaretro.org/Dreamcast_Modem

my guess is a variation on either the 33.6kB/s or 56kB/s one with slightly different chips in it.

this listing, for example, has a HKT-3030 https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/255411052770 ... w8QAvD_BwE

Nice, I've never seen a PAL Modem Before... Interesting that they have different specifications compared to a USA/JP Modem

I can't find anything online for the serial number HKT-7131. I did read somewhere that Brazilian dreamcasts didnt include a modem, so that may be one of those modems purchased from storefronts.

Only the first batch comes without the modem, after that it comes with the American modem.
