Dreamcast Error

I tried playing on my PAL Dreamcast and this popped up?? Any suggestions???
Lie to your Dreamcast and tell it that it's a NTSC/U or NTSC/J console and does not recognize royalty.
One more note, if it thinks it's a Canadian based NTSC/U console, lie again that it is in the USA.
