Webone Browsing Proxy - Potential on Dreamcast?

Hey there everyone. As of current the Sega Dreamcast obviously does not make a good browsing experience primarily due to it's most powerful browsers being unable to support SSL secured websites. That is unfortunate because there are many great websites like oldgoogle.neocities.org, and Plain Text Sports that would work really well without this hindrance.

I came across this proxy on Github the other day, and it's supposed to allow older machines to browse these newer sites listing even Netscape 3.0 as being able to support it (Unable to tell if Netscape is "worse" than Planetweb 3.0 or not, because I'm not fluent on its' inner workings). I'm currently abroad, and unable to test if it works, but if anybody has free time on their hands it might be worth a shot to bring online with DC :) .

Here's a link to the Github for those curious: https://github.com/atauenis/webone/issues/34
