For anyone interested, there is a Dreamcast Dev Kit available from Yahoo Auctions Japan. You can use Buyee website to purchase from overseas.

Do these things normally go for 5000? At that price do they have unreleased game on the hdd?

Sheesh... Back in the day I bought one for like $250... And it had goodies on the hard drive and a bunch of blank GD-Rs with it.
