Is there any version of the Japanese Sonic Adventure 1 translated into english ?

I think the japanese version has got better audio (44Khz vs 22Khz) and I prefer the Japanese speaks into cutscenes.

For me all version have all the langages in option.
Else the international version doesn't have 44kHz either ?

Original First Japanese release vs the USA International version.
No real uncut version available on the Dreamcast besides the DX PC stuff. No real English version text mod version to original release at all. Too much for one person to do.
