Im noticing that one of my two dreamcast controller analog thumbstick are very very sensitive almost making unplayable any game.

Thanks!

Apparently there are two types of analog sticks found in Dreamcast controllers - one with metal components and one with plastic - and apparently the metal ones can deteriorate over time? Best to open it up and take a look - you can clean around the components with some isopropyl alcohol while you're in there, which might help.

Is it real sega controller or 3rd party?

It's an original controller.

If your analog sticks are working in a 'sensible' fashion, then I want one!
