Another quick-n-dirty Dreamcast patch!

Many of you know that "Puyo Pop Fever" has an English mode accessible in the options menu. However, it's cumbersome to switch this setting just to enjoy English text and voice acting.

My new patch now sets English as the default!

The patch also translates the VMU save file metadata from Japanese to English, and even retains the original language-selection functionality (rather than blindly hardcoding everything to English).

Do Dreamcast games work on ScummVM, because, I'm noticing a lot of games were also released on Macintosh. Including sega games like Puto Puyo Fever.
