Will VPN work with the DreamPi?

I have the ExpressVPN client. ExpressVPN has open ports. I want to connect my Dreamcast online by using ExpressVPN Client. How can I connect my Dreamcast to the internet by using VPN? I hope VPN works this time, beacause ever since I failed to DMZ host and port forward some of my Dreamcast online games, it did not worked for me at all. Let’s hope VPN works.
