I cannot get Dreamcast Now to detect my DreamPi on my Network

I cannot get Dreamcast Now to recognize my Dream Pi. Pcwzrd13 said he set my Dreamcast Now icon and user name up before shipping my DreamPi to me, but I still can't get Dreamcast Now to recognize my DreamPi. I googled my IP address and entered that in and I tried entering my Dreamcast IP address too and it just keeps saying "unable to detect DreamPi on your Network". My DreamPi connects to the internet. I set up my internet settings with Quake III. I can connect to online with both Quake III and Alien Front. So I don't understand. GRRRR Any suggestions?
