Vmu´s.bin PSO Flycast Help

I recently made the mistake of removing the data folder from where it was before, Ps: I used Zarchiver for that, after doing that I put the data folder and all the files back but my saved characters just disappeared and I still have them all the vmu´s.bin here what could I have done wrong? could you help me recover these saves
