There are fans of this game, what do cheats mean - Pouing and Floup

I had this game, i wish i had a mouse and keyboard to play it was weird playing RTS with the controller so i never got into it as much as pc titles.

P.S. Im not sure if the game supports Mouse and KB.

I'm Not sure what Pouing and Floup mean never heard of it and searching for it I find nothing about it.
