Open menu black screen

Hi there,
I am usign a japanese dreamcast with an aliexpress gdemu 2.5 installed.
I created a 500gb SD card, I installed open menu and everything wa working grate, the boot was very fast and most of the games worked well.
Suddenly something happened, and each time I get a black screen with a couple of white lines poppin for a second on the screen.
I treid to delete the and remake the SD card many times, I even tried to use other SD cards, but the result is always the same, I get the same black screen.
Instead if I use the standard GDemu menu, I am able to get in the menu with out problems, but now the boot of my 500gb require almost a minuet, comapred to the instant boot I had before.
I tried to see solutions on the internet but it seems like many people found the same issue, and many didn't find a solution. I tried many different things, but nothing.
Is there a way to get openmenu to work on my gdemu?
If not, how can I manke the standard gdemu menu to boot fast?
