Hey y’all,

My name is clipjamm and I just got my sega dreamcast online! I’ve never played one before as I was into PS1 and PS2 growing up. Very excited to play through some of these games and try the new homebrew ones. I have been liking Soul Calibur the most so far but I would live to play online against some of you folks.

Right now I have Quake III and Maximum Pool. I logged into Quake III on these dc talk servers and found a couple games with people. I joined one and felt like I was playing with people but my teammate just followed me. Perhaps it’s bots? Let me know what times you guys usually play! I am online from 8pm to 10pm cst most nights. Central time.

Welcome clipjamm. I'd highly recommend using both options OatBob listed above. Although there is a fairly lively community playing DC online, for most games you will need to turn up at scheduled times, otherwise the servers will likely be empty - that is for everything but PSO, which tends to have someone on there at all hours!
