Ives' is the only way, that IN BOLD matters
Ethernet sure alas limits to four titles. DreamPi is limitless
When I begun PSOv2 back to 2017 I thought I'd be 'good boy' with the GD but it wreaks havoc on the ODD with its trashed filesort er lack of n after a week it was a no-brainer to burn. JVC's Taiyo Yuden are the best blanks

Get the cheapest raspberry pi, (rpi 2 and up). Get a Dialup USB modem, AGPtek is a good brand. Get a phone cable with a line voltage inducer (ebay).
Set that shit up with “DreamPi” OS. That’s an ISO image file you download and burn to the microSD card you put in the raspberrypi.
You might want to test it and set it up for him first before giving. You have to follow the steps in pcwzrd19’s tutorial and elsewhere to get connected to the new dreamcast servers.
