Hi again, so i recently got the correct modem I needed to do this project, it was still only showing me one light (when doing Wi-Fi) it just says the dhcpcd issue (i don’t remember how it’s spelled), when I plug it straight into Ethernet it shows the two green lights and the error from before however I read that it’s normal, when I try to connect (web browser 2.0) the modem stops at ATDT111-1111 and says “there is no answer at this telephone number. Check your ISP phone number #.” I also checked to make sure that the modem is official, it’s different from the original photo but the only difference is the chrome capacitor, it has a different label on top so I assume it doesn’t mean anything, I tried to get XDP onto a CD but the imgburner wont do it, even though I have done everything that the guides say. So, my question is, why is it not showing two green lights when doing WiFi (is my WiFi too slow?) and is my browser disc just not supported and if it isn’t, where can I find a download for a browser that actually works. TLDR: Is the reason it’s not working because I am using a not supported browser and is the reason it isn’t working on WiFi because my WiFi is too slow?

ALSO WANT TO ADD. I do not have a line voltage inducer, I am using an NTSCU Dreamcast, do I still need one and if so where do I get one? I’m using a Dell USB modem

Yes you'll need a line voltage inducer. It won't work without one. I'd recommend following the step by step guide available over at Dreamcast Live https://dreamcastlive.net/dreampi-tutorial/
