It looks like the engine it is based on is
https://github.com/ikemen-engine/Ikemen-GO
I don't think anyone has tried to compile Go targeting the SH4 architecture in the Dreamcast.

What a pity! This game is fantastic. A dreamcast port is a dream for me.
