For me it looks more like a saturn game.

^Certainly LOOKS like a Saturn game that never was. No doubt.

But I highly doubt they could port it to Saturn, in the same way a Dreamcast port might be fairly feasible.

Sure I'll be really happy to enjoy it on dreamcast.
I don't know if there are any tools for doing such a port.

I would love to play Sonic Galactic on my Dreamcast. Who knows? Maybe someone will gift the world with a port!

What about the evolution of the mania port ? Anyone know?
