Can’t get online despite proper setup

I’ve set up my dreampi properly but my dreamcast won’t connect. I’ve bought a brand new cable so it’s not that, there are two solid green lights on my usb modem, the ports look fine, and I’ve put in a country code. Plz help

Hey, welcome aboard. Troubleshooting this stuff can be tricky sometimes. Can you share some more information with us so we can work this out?
Can you see your IP address (for the pi... and maybe the dreamcast, too) in router connections?
Have you set up any port forwarding, or better yet, set up DMZ for the dreamcast. Should be the address ending in *.*.*.98
