HELLO, So i buy gdemu version 5.15B
i use the last version of GDMENU Card Manager to add games to the sd card
GDMENU Card Manager , creates this file in root of the sd card = gdemu.ini
And inside only have this 3 lines is this correct ?
Or need to add more lines for better read speed .. i saw some have 250 , 500 .. numbers what is best combo and difference ?
open_time = 150
detect_time = 150
reset_goto = 1
I do quick search about this some people say need to add this line "image_tests = 0"
this line is only make affect for atomiswave games or need for normal games too ?
i read that some people have problems running Atomiswave games not boot and return to menu and some say that need to add this line
image_tests = 0 in gdmeu.ini file
But i try some atomiswave games with only this 3 lines in gdemu.ini file , without " image_tests = 0 "
and they seems to boot and work ,, one note is that i see Dolphin Blue game have some slowdowns is normal ?
Thank you all!!

Re: GDemu 5.15B Question/HELP about = gdemu.ini file
add image_tests = 0 to the gdemu.ini file, you might need it later,
Dolphin Blue game have some slowdowns is normal
yeah its normal, stressing the hardware to the maximum, best graphics and gameplay on the DC

Re: GDemu 5.15B Question/HELP about = gdemu.ini file
Will the image_tests = 0 effect regular games negatively or is it simply to help the ports?

Re: GDemu 5.15B Question/HELP about = gdemu.ini file
The image_tests parameter doesn't affect anything before the 5.20.x firmware series. On earlier firmware versions, no image tests is the default behavior. This essentially tells GDEMU not to perform a "sanity check" on the disc image before launching it. Disabling this check is needed for many images that aren't 1:1 GD-ROM rips.
Note that you may also want to toggle the open and detect time parameters to 1000 or 2000. Different clone models behave differently. This affects functionality of the disc swap button. To test, add discs 1 through 4 of D2 on your SD card. Launch disc 1 and select "Opening Movie" from the title screen. When it asks for disc 3 or 4 (can't remember which), press the disc swap button on the GDEMU PCB until you cycle to that disc number.
If your open and detect time parameters are working for your device, you'll see it successfully cycle discs.
You'll also want the to add the reset_goto parameter with a value of 1. This tells GDEMU to return to disc 1 on the card (which will be your menu software) when an in-game reset is triggered (press ABXY+Start multiple times until game resets to menu).
