DreamPi Line Voltage Inducer

I am wiring a LVI for a DreamPi. I think I have it right, but I want to post here and ask for a review before I plug it in and possibly fry things.
My RJ11 cable has the following lines:
1 - Black
2 - Red
3 - Green
4 - Yellow
I cut off the black and yellow lines, because they are not needed.
The green (3) lines I connected together.
The red (2) line from the USB Modem, is connected to the anode of a 47uf capacitor.
The red (2) line from the DC Modem, is connected to the cathode of the capacitor.
I then connected a 390ohm resistor to the cathode of that capacitor.
Then I connected the ground of a 12V fan connector to the other end of that resistor.
And the positive end of the 12V fan connector went directly to the anode of the capacitor.
Does this all look correct? I am using 12V because my Robot_Retro PSU has a 12V fan connector available that I can plug directly into.
I've also seen some guides say to use a .47uf capacitor, instead of a 47uf capacitor. So I'm a little confused there.
