Need help Name This DC game

Dont know what game it is ive been looking everwhere.All I remember is at one point you would be driving a car and when you jump a ramp wings come out the side of the car and you can spinning tricks in mid air.Ive been trying to find the name of this game for years so i can get it from somewhere.

I think the game you described is San Francisco Rush 2049.

Ya, that's San Francisco Rush 2049.
Great game but very difficult to unlock the extra cars. I had to use the cheat codes to do it.
