The really debatable things are 2, the "latest cutting edge technology" and the 32 players multiplayer. The latter it's obvious it's not possible on dreamcast because of 3 things, one being the power of the console, the other is that it has 4 controller ports (lol) and the third is that it even has online mode and the machine can take it up, lag would be a KILLER

The Wii guitar hero promised DLC, XBOX LIVE and PSN, that didn't happen.
People just forget to exclude features from different consoles at times

Well, Reticon I belive, but not too sure about this company. I do hope that it DOES come out for the DC. But how many features will be dumbed down from the other consoles?

We'll see if it comes to fruition. I highly doubt it though. I think the DC scene is finally done. Rush Rush Rally Racing is the end but I may be proven wrong. Ya never know.

What game is that? Also don't forget Little Ninja, Tahi, Hypertension and Paranoia. Ok, the last 2 are not really retail comercial games, but Hypertension might have a limited comercial release.
