I've noticed most posters on here are from either the USA or Canada. I was just wondering if any of you have been to England and what your impressions were?. I'd love to go to the USA one day and also visit Canada as well. The reasons: USA - Like to see a Bears game in Chicago and also go round Chicago, also would like to go to New York shopping, statue of liberty etc. Canada - My great grandad was Canadian, never saw him as unfortunately he passed away before i was even born. My dad would love to go, but he has a bad foot (charcot foot, http://www.footphysicians.com/footankle ... t-foot.htm) so he can barely walk so he can't go, i'd love to go one day for him. My mates have been there, they say it's awesome .


If any of you haven't been to England, what other countries have you been to bar your homeland?

I try to got to the UK once a year (mostly to go out )

but then again I'm from Belgium, so coming over isn't all that hard

yeah but not the weather!. raining badly over here at the moment... what's it like in Belgium weatherwise at the moment?

the same, & I've been in germany over the weekend & it was raining there too
I guess summer's really over now

It feels like winter here. We'll prob get some snow sometime soon I bet.

I've never been out of the US but I will hopefully someday.

Wales a few times
Malta

I am interested in traveling to Europe, namely the UK. I have only traveled to Canada.

It must be nice to be in Europe because all the countries are pretty close. Here in the states... well, you have other states near you and they're pretty much the same. It would be exciting and fun to go on road trips in Europe and hop form country to country.

Well, I think the rain has passed over the ocean and reached Pennsylvania now, hah.

Maine
Massachusettes{not a friendly place to drive through}
Vermont
New Hamphsire
Conneticut
Pennsylvania

I'm interested in checking out Wales or Germany someday. But, I doubt I will.
