Record a video with a webcam

Does anyone know of a good windows program to capture video+sound with a web cam? I was thinking of making some video reviews of some DC games.

because I have a M$ webcam. Its very good quality but the driver for linux is very slow. i get like 10-15 FPS on linux vs 30FPS with 640X480 on XP
