I wanna get the NFL 2K Dreamcast games on a PAL Dreamcast. Can you send me a link to a Boot Disc on ebay as i had one off ebay before and it said "whoever you bought this off cheated you" or something along those lines, so i'm unsure what they look like colour wise etc...

why don't you just download the Utopia bootdisk, it works on every game & is free
if you really want to buy a bootdisk, I suggest you look for DC-X, that one plays most games (of all bootdisks you can buy), I haven't encountered a game that it didn't boot (so far)

Problem with Utopia, and reason I stopped using it years ago, is that it causes glitches in games.
Go with one of the commercial releases, such as the aforementioned DC-X, or Super Game Converter, or Code Breaker, or even the original Game Shark. Never encountered any glitches when using those to boot imports.

Yes, game_player_s is right. Utopia has some issue in PSO I believe. I think it was a glitch with picking up items, etc.
If you would like to download it, go here:

Or I recommend using the action replay demo to boot games:

i have utopia laying around someplace and i can testify to it not working very well. i own gameshark and have the codebreaker demo. both of them should be good for you. here
http://snesorama.us/board/forumdisplay. ... order=desc you can find a download of Action replay, codbreaker and xploder, though they are pretty much the same thing, both are listed. and last but not least they have cheats n codes. possibly others too. they have 8 pages of miscellaneous Dreamcast games and applications.
another one i use is DChakker. i mostly use hakker to boot non VGA games but i think it will boot any region game on any DC too, but i have not tested this theory. here
http://www.dcevolution.net/index.php?id ... __volume_1 i found a disc you can download that includes DChakker among many other games, demos and apps, such as an MP3 player. also it has another home brew boot disc app called dream menu. EVERYTHING fits on one CD-r, this is a plus. i would recommend everyone check this out. it looks like it could be useful. i downloaded it but have not yet burned it.

i found this
http://dchelp.net/index.php?id=macswap for Mac users. you said you use Toast? this shows you how to convert Discjuggler's .cdi files so that you can burn them with Toast Titanium 5.x on OS9 or OSX. i hope this helps you in the future.
