That is strange, sega wanted something for the big consoles, they were tired of releasing stuff for the handhelds, i guess the PC is also an option.
Who knows, maybe i'll play PSO once again.

unless... they only announce it for pc & they got an ace up their sleeve for "another great console"
would make a hell of a launch title, thats for sure

I really hope this gets a console port. I don't like PC games that much. Either way im going to get this. i hope there is not a huge monthly fee.

Will be interesting to see more info on this as it becomes available. And yes, it would make an amazing launch title for a new Sega system.

If they can't see that opportunity...
It really makes you wonder why they're allowing a 2D sonic game to be released so wildly.
Uff... I havn't even gotten around to playing psu, and I'm still happy with pso v2.
I would hate to see what that game would do to this community, as its obviously not coming to the dreamcast
(although one could always dream about being able to port your character's data over...)

it's probably just psu 3 rebranded as PSO2 to get people to notice. Highly unlikely that they'll come anywhere close to as good a game as PSO ep 1 and 2.
I'm happy to see a pc release though as I'm not into owning any console past the ps2. On the other hand, I'm not willing to believe that Sega will be successful in keeping away hackers and cheaters enough to keep the game consistent. They'll most likely just shut off the NA and EU servers after a couple years like every other time.
