I just found this on ebay and unfortunately it has ended but it is in fact that they are still out there and are for sell. The yellow dreamcast vmu.

It is worth the $99 asking price just for the damn hot wheels diecast cars!

This is sad because the guy has no idea what he had. He could have sold that yellow vmu by itself for about the price of the broadband adapter, maybe even more.

You sure? I know the yellow VMU is rarer than many others, but is it really worth $160?

This is 44 dollars buy it now. Only the controllers but still. There is another just yellow controller for 19.99 buy it now. not bad.

I think I paid my yellow vmu 10 or maybe 15 euros (max), I guess I was lucky the guy didn't know what he had.

Well knowing that you CAN'T find any yellow vmus on ebay or any sites. Even when you google yellow vmu nothing really comes up, except for the crappy madcatz generic version. So yes I would say they are worth more than 160 since it's nearly impossible to find one. There are tons of broadband adapters online that you can find. So I wouldn't say they are rare to find but they are pricey.

BBA's aren't really rare but they are that price because they actually have a use. Yellow VMUs only serve a purpose to collectors but BBA's also server a purpose to play Dreamcast online in the modern era.

Whenever a seller posts a yellow vmu on ebay i typically see it go for around $40.

So um, yeah, I know everyone here probably already hates me for all the Dreamcast stuff I already have but...

The guy put the lot back up and I snagged it.
