Where would I put a post for something I want to buy sale or trade?

i think it would be nice too. i have a lot of stuff im looking to sell or trade atm.

You should name it something like "transactions" or something clever so spammers don't run rampant.

We actually had a section for this on the original(old) Forums. The only reason I didn't include it on the new one was because it was so rarely used. Since I see there is interest being shown I will make the forum section.
I would just call it Classifieds but that might not translate very well. A simple Buy/Sell/Trade title would be suitable. I don't think spammers will be able to abuse it anymore than they already abuse the rest of the Forums .

Edit: Maybe it would be a good idea to keep it private until you register as a user? I'm also debating on which Category to place it under: Dreamcast, General Gaming or Off topic?

yeah, & call it Segamarket or something
it should also be a section, not a single thread where everyone post their trase/sell stuff. I'd like to see one topic per sale/trade/offer to which we can reply & which can be locked when needed. also there should be icons or something to put in front of your post that tell folks what you're offering/looking for
eg of a topic title:
Looking for (< icon there) : dreamcast ntsc us sonic adventure
that way we don't need to read every new topic, but can see fron the main list if its an offer or request for a sale or trade
