Ask the translator doing Segagaga questions!

Ok, as many of you know, an English translation of the quirky cult classic Sega game Segagaga has been in the works for quite some time now, and many have given up hope the game will ever get translated in our lifetime.
Well, a member of the Racketboy forums by the handle Original_Name has orchestrated for Racketboy to interview the man behind the translation, James Howell from the Deltahead Translation company to answer any questions fans might have about the game, translation process or what got him interested in doing this.
I know Captain Dreamcast will LOVE to ask a question or 2 for them to ask in the interview.

My only question is, is it really undergoing translation or has this effort stop? Ibn short, should we have faith or not? I ask this in a nice way, not in a bad way that the written word may make this seem to be.

You know me too well.
Thanks for the info about that! I originally planned to send a mail to Howell, but never got around to do so.
Since I recently reached Level 600 in the very game (Segagaga elitist yo!

), it would be nice to finally understand the story. ESPECIALLY R&D B and R&D C. Sure, you have the general idea what the story's about, but it still leaves you with this feeling that you've missed some details.
As a matter of fact, my next game development project is set to be kind of a spiritual prequel to SGGG (and a spiritual sequel to
Captain S). Or to at least take place in the same universe. Uhhhhh, you know what I mean! xD
Oh, and I just hope he doesn't mistranslate the Deprogrammer in R&D B. After all, I named the character after his SGGG counterpart.
Either way, I'll be sure to post some (="GAZILLIONS of") questions over at Racketboy. And again, thanks for the info Anthony!

The obvious question is... when will it be finished?

Haha, I knew you would be the person to ask him questions. I'll post the others questions in that thread so it can be communicated to mister Howell.
Anybody else got any more questions? They are postponing the interview untill I give them the ok that all questions have been submitted.
Thanks for the questions folks.

How will the finished code be distributed ? Will you have to prove ownership of the game or will it be free to everyone ? Will it be on disc or downloadable ? etc etc

From what I understand, the idea was to just release a patch like Nebelwurfer released for Advanced war 2001.
We would download the patch and the CDI and place them in the same folder and just run the patch for a translated CDI.

What i'd like to ask is

- why SegaGaga ?
- how many member was involved in translation initially ?
