I'm not sure if this has been discovered yet.

Today when I played Sonic adventure as Big, exploring vast areas, I went down to the lake behind where Tails loses Froggy and where Sonic fights Chaos 4. I jumped down to that area and eventually pushed a ruin block in the wall. At first I didn't know what the hell that was for.

I went up the stairs again to where Tails was standing. As the camera shifted to give me an overview of the lake I saw something floating to the shore of the lake. I quickly jumped back down to see what it was.
Guess what... a SILVER CHAO EGG!!!

I have already hatched it and confirmed that it is one. Please tell me if any of you have discovered this before, it came as a random event to me.
If not you can use this topic as a guide on how to acquire it yourselves.

Yes, it's like other chaos exept it has some metalic reflective skin
You may also find the golden chao (station square) and the dark chao (egg carrier)

Yeah, I know of the ones in Station square and Egg carrier. Those two are kids play to find compared to the silver Chao.

Have you found it? I mean, I think Big is the only character that is strong enough to push the block. The place itself is way too random for any sane person to visit. XD

Yes i have found it, but i think any char can find the silver chao egg.

I have done this before. You can use any character. I think you can go there and get a silver chao multiple times too, but, I don't really remember. I'd have to go back and play.

Only once per save, but you can store 3 saves. so 9 rare eggs ( 3 of each kind ) per vmu and all in the same chao garden

Chao are so fun, I still play with them too. My favs are my demonic looking black Chao (made by hatching a few at the eggman garden till I got the face I wanted), and my NiGHTs Chao made cem lots of birds.
